I can't really tell you much about the history of the Butex Swiss watch company. It's one of those hundreds of small Swiss manufacturers who disappeared into history, leaving behind a few examples of the quality precision products they produced while in business.

This particular watch has a, well preserved, 32 mm polished chrome case, excluding lugs and crown.

The dial is a pristine ivory complimented by gold hour, minute, and sweep second hands, raised gold numbers and markers and black outer chapter, all under a bright new crystal.

The 17 jewel, incabloc movement sets and winds effortlessly, is running strong and keeping very good time.

This beautiful timepiece features a screw down back and has been fitted with a new genuine leather 16 mm black strap with stainless buckle.

    Stock code B-18
